PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT
THE PEOPLE WE NEED
- To join EN Project Group, the candidates shall have the following features:
- Excellent educational and professional background
- Fluent English
- Sound knowledge of Information Technology systems
- Familiarity with the Quality System conception
- Age between 30 and 40
- Furthermore, the candidates shall have the following personal qualities:
- Proven facility for interpersonal relationships
- Quick general learning skills, and particularly referring to the procedures adopted at EN Project's
- Good adaptability inside the structure
- Dynamism, spirit of enterprise
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: the professionals
Ore technical area is divided into several divisions, each developing specific performances.
We here below specify the professional profiles we require within the various divisions:
- Electrotechnical Division is made up of:
- Engineering graduates, preferably registered in the relevant Professional Register;
- Qualified technicians, preferably recorded in the relevant Professional College;
- Building Division is made up of:
- Architecture graduates, preferably registered in the relevant Professional Register;
- Engineering graduates, preferably registered in the relevant Professional Register;
- Qualified technicians, preferably registered in the relevant Professional College;
- Qualified building surveyors preferably registered in the relevant Professional College;
- Thermotechnics and Fire-Prevention Division is made up of:
- Architecture graduates, preferably registered in the relevant Professional Register;
- Engineering graduates, preferably registered in the relevant Professional Register;
- Qualified technicians, preferably registered in the relevant Professional College;
- Qualified building surveyors preferably registered in the relevant Professional College;
- Security Division is made up of:
- Architecture graduates, preferably registered in the relevant Professional Register;
- Engineering graduates, preferably registered in the relevant Professional Register;
- Qualified technicians, preferably registered in the relevant Professional College;
- Qualified building surveyors preferably registered in the relevant Professional College;
All figures shall be provided with the relevant qualification according to the Legislative Decree 494/96.
HOW SELECTION IS MADE
We ask you to send us your CV by mail in all its parts.
The Personnel Manager, in co-operation with the Division Manager, will examine the CV in the database and will select the ones that are thought of as eligible for that role.
An interview with both people will aim at personally assessing the candidate's characteristics, and, if necessary, the same will undergo evaluation tests.
Finally, an interview with the General Management will complete the selection phase.
TRAINING-INSERTION PLAN
A training-insertion plan will keep up with the professional development of the newcomers during the first year of activity. Such plan is divided into three steps:
- Reception programme, targeted to the knowledge of the corporate reality;
- Targeted training , both "on the job", and carried out at external training centres;
- Programme of job rotation, to gain complementary experiences.
